REFUNDS & RETURNS

Exchanges and refunds are solely available on boutique clothing (rompers, blouses, joggers and dresses.) Clothes must not be worn and tags must be attached, along with proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

In the event a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us and we will be more than happy to fix the issue. All clearance products, products made to order, and bath and body products are final sale. 

SHIPPING

Readily available products are shipped out in 1 to 2 business days from purchase date. Products made to order will be shipped out in 7 to 14 business days depending on order volume at that time.

CO-VID 19

Due to the pandemic, shipping times and turnaround may be delayed. This is beyond our control. We will strive to get orders sent out in a timely manner, however please beware that delays can occur. 

In store shopping may also, at times, be affected by covid19, depending on phases of lockdown and severity of cases, we may be obligated to shut in store shopping down. However, whenever possible we will try and continue online sale.
